Make your own homemade microwave popcorn. Its healthier and better tasting. While store bought packaged microwave popcorn might be convenient, its not a healthy food at all! The saturated oils, plastics and chemicals in package can leach into your snack. Make your own homemade microwave popcorn alternative by putting one tablespoon of organic popcorn kernels in a white paper lunch bag; fold the top of the bag three times and bend down the corners; and microwave on high for 1.5 minutes. If you have a lot of un-popped kernels, add 10 seconds next time, until you reach maximum pop without scorching.
